U.S. Department of Commerce
Polygraph Export Restrictions

The U.S. Department of Commerce requires an export license for any Polygraph System shipment with an ULTIMATE destination other than: Australia, Japan, New Zealand or any NATO Member Countries excluding the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland.

It is against U.S. Law to ship a Polygraph System to any other country without an Export License. If the ULTIMATE destination is not one of the above listed countries, contact Stoelting and we will apply for the necessary Export License. There is no charge or obligation for this service, but we must be furnished with the exact name and address of both the purchaser and end user. It usually takes 6-8 weeks to obtain the required license.

Stoelting will not knowingly allow anyone to ship polygraph equipment to any restricted country without the prior receipt of a proper U.S. Department of Commerce export license. Further, Stoelting personnel will report to the U.S. Department of Commerce Enforcement Division any and all individuals or agencies who may attempt to do so.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you or your customers. Stoelting is committed to compliance with all U.S. export requirements.
