  • Age Range (teacher ratings): 5-18 years

The CAB is an objective, comprehensive, highly-reliable behavior rating, which is closely aligned to the diagnostic criteria in IDEA and the DSM-IV-TR. It identifies children and adolescents in need of behavioral, educational or psychiatric treatment intervention.

The CAB offers a balanced framework of both competence-based qualities and problem-based concerns, making it useful for evaluating adaptive strengths and clinical clusters.
